Happy Sunday

This week flew by quickly. I have been busy in service to my community and that felt good. There were laughter, friendship and camaraderie. You learn about yourself in the company of others. I know for sure that I am not the person I was yesterday or a year back. When listening to gossip and hearing bad things spoken against others make you feel sorry for the person speaking it, you know you have shifted. I am grateful for who I am today. I am grateful that I could teach others by my actions and I am grateful that I am bathing in the ocean of love that is in the world and am willing and ready to share it with any and everyone I meat.
