Freeze balloons for 5 hours, scrape it off, put a tea light insode and light up your world outside
this is pretty cool. My friend Carol shared this on FB and I thought I'd share it with my friends here. I'll take a stab at it myself. This is the right time to do this on the Prairies because we are in a deep freeze right now.
