Magnificent Monday Morning and I feel so Good

Hey my beautiful friends, It's a brand new week and time for some brand new positive changes. What can you change today in your life that would make you feel more aligned with the benevolent forces of the universe? I registered for Oprah's 21 day Meditation Challenge with Deepak Chopra and yesterday's teaching was "The world is my mirror". We are living in a unified organic world and we are part of everything and everything is a part of us. We just have different perspectives, everything we see in the world that we appreciate is things we appreciate in ourselves and whatever we do not appreciate and judge are things we do not appreciate and things we judge in ourselves. I think this is very important teaching to help us learn about ourselves. Think about the next person you meet as a mirror and see what they are projecting back to you and how you feel about it. If you feel great - wonderful and if you don then you know you need to do some adjustment so that you can love the picture you see. Happy holiday Monday

Nice to have a holiday and just relax into oneself. Yeah holidays are great you get that extra day to do that extra little thing. today I am going to volunteer at our annual Folklorama festival. It is a wonderful festival of celebrating differences and forget about borders and boundaries we impose on ourselves in our everyday life. Life would be such a incredible blast if we could go through life and embrace differences and not be afraid of it. We are indeed like flowers of one garden and leaves of one tree. We beautify the universe and none take precedence over the others. How can we do that because it is in the arranging of the flowers in the bouquet that presents a beautiful picture not the individual roses. We are vibrant beautiful people whose birthright is to be together as one for we are one. The earth is one country and we are citizens. Today embrace the oneness of everthing, see yourself connected to everything in this universe and admire without judgement and watch how light you feel.
