It's a beautiful day in the neighbourhood

How is it in your neighbourhood? Is it beautiful today? Do you feel the flow of abundance? Have you had breakfast? How did you sleep last evening? Did you have a bed to sleep on? Did a friend call you or call on you? What blessing was bestowed upon you.  Could you find something right now to be grateful for? Looking a life from a position of gratitude is magical.  You feel great, unstoppable and look for things in your life to be grateful for and the more you look, the more reasons you find to be grateful.  Remember, where attention goes energy flows.  Thin of a few things you can be grateful for and feel that gratitude swelling in your heart and expanding through your entire body and then outside of your body, feel it growing all over your house, your yard, your city, your country and to the world and beyond. Take a few deep breaths inhaling through your nose and letting it slowing out through a crack between your lips so quietly that a person sitting next to you cannot hear. Do that a few times and then return to the task at hand. Feel the shift in your energy and hold it there for as long as you can.

Have a day of gratitude
When you train yourself to see things from a place of gratitude, and this just takes a little regular daily practice, you will begin to notice all the things you already have in your life - big and small - that you can truly rejoice and celebrate! Philosopher.
